To Whom It May Concern: September 26,2000
In the spring of 1999, Harvest Assembly of God secured the
services of Newsome Construction to build a 32,000 square
foot facility on Crowley Rd. in South Fort Worth. At that point
Newsome Construction began to walk us through the building
process. Every Thursday we met on sight for an update on
that week's progress and to resolve any issues that were
facing us. Actual construction began in June of 1999 and we
had our first service in the new facility on April 30,2000.
These are some of the areas I feel Newsome Construction's
management expertise was invaluable:
-
Project cost control
-
Sub-Contractor selection and oversight
-
Permit and code knowledge and intervention
-
Communication with designer and engineering sources
-
Quality control
We have found Dwight Newsome and his staff superintendent
to be very capable in every facet of construction. Beyond this,
Dwight has proved to be a man of his word. I highly
recommend Newsome Construction for any building project
you might be considering.
